In The Event of a Disaster All of us who live and work in the Bay Area consider ourselves lucky. However, it does come with the risk of being in earthquake country. The staff of Financial Benefits Credit Union has policies and procedures in place in the event that a major earthquake, or other disaster, strikes the Bay Area. We would like to take this opportunity to remind our members that the credit union has partnered with the CO-OP Shared Branching Network, which gives all of our members access to their accounts at participating credit union. You just need your account number and a valid ID. In addition, both our automated Call24, our 24/7 phone service, and CyberBranch, our online banking service, available in the event of an emergency. For those members who are able to access CyberBranch, you can use the E-Message feature to contact the credit union directly, otherwise, send emails to fbcudirect@aol.com. Furthermore, if a major disaster occurs, the credit union will provide regular updates on this webpage.
