These are changes that have been recently implemented on CyberBranch. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some members being locked out of CyberBranch if their current password does not meet the new password security parameters. If you have been locked out, the first step you must do is clear your cache and browsing history in your internet browser. Once you have cleared your history, contact the credit union and tell the member service representative that you were locked out due the new security parameters. The staff member will check your account to unlock any parameters that have been locked and give you a new temporary password. You should be able to log onto CyberBranch, change your password, and access your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may of caused.

In The Event of a Disaster
All of us who live and work in the Bay Area consider ourselves lucky. However, it does come with the risk of being in earthquake country. The staff of Financial Benefits Credit Union has policies and procedures in place in the event that a major earthquake, or other disaster, strikes the Bay Area. We would like to take this opportunity to remind our members that the credit union has partnered with the CO-OP Shared Branching Network, which gives all of our members access to their accounts at participating credit union. You just need your account number and a valid ID. In addition, both our automated Call24, our 24/7 phone service, and CyberBranch, our online banking service, available in the event of an emergency. For those members who are able to access CyberBranch, you can use the E-Message feature to contact the credit union directly, otherwise, send emails to email@example.com. Furthermore, if a major disaster occurs, the credit union will provide regular updates on this webpage.
